Data and deletion
Everything CreatorSail holds about you can be removed, and you do not have to explain why. This page says exactly how.
Disconnecting an Instagram account
Open Settings in the console, find the account, and choose Disconnect. This removes the stored access token and the profile, post and metric data we hold for that account. It takes effect immediately.
You can also revoke CreatorSail from Instagram’s own settings, under Apps and websites. If you do that, our access stops at once and the connection shows as disconnected the next time you open the console.
Deleting a video and its captions
Uploaded videos are deleted automatically after 7 days, and rendered videos after 7 days on the free plan or 30 days on a paid plan. To remove one sooner, delete the job from the captions list.
Deleting your whole account
Write to saivineeth181@gmail.com from the email address on your account, asking for deletion. We will remove your account, your workspace if you are its only member, your videos, transcripts, captions and any connected Instagram data.
We action requests within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule, which can take up to a further 30 days.
What we keep after deletion, and why
We keep a minimal record that an account existed and what it was billed, where we are required to for tax and accounting. This record contains no videos, no transcripts and no Instagram data.
