Terms of service
These terms apply when you use CreatorSail. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
The service
CreatorSail captions videos, connects your Instagram data to AI clients, and automates replies and moderation on your own Instagram account. It is provided by Saivineeth Vuppala from India.
Your account
You need an account to use the product, and you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 18. Do not share your sign-in with someone who should not have your workspace’s data.
Your content stays yours
The videos you upload, the captions you produce and your Instagram data belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on your behalf: to store, process and transmit that content to the providers listed in the privacy policy. We claim no ownership and we do not publish your content anywhere.
What you may not do
- Upload content you do not have the rights to.
- Use the product to harass anyone, to send spam, or to break Instagram’s own terms — including its rules on automated messaging.
- Try to reach another workspace’s data, or to work around plan limits and rate limits.
- Resell the service as though it were your own.
If you do these things we may suspend the account, and we will tell you why.
Plans, limits and payment
Each plan includes an allowance, currently counted in minutes of video rendered. The allowance and the limits that go with it — clip length, output resolution, how long downloads are kept — are shown in the product before you spend any of it. Rendering is what counts against your allowance; editing, previewing and translating do not.
Where a plan is paid, it is billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless we have failed to provide the service.
Retention
Uploads are deleted after 7 days and rendered videos after 7 or 30 days depending on your plan. This is stated before you export, and it means a video cannot be recovered or re-exported once the window has passed. Keep your own copy.
CreatorSail is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. We use their public APIs with the permissions you grant, and your use of Instagram remains governed by their terms. If Meta changes or withdraws access, features that depend on it may change or stop.
Availability
We aim to keep the product working and do not promise it will never be unavailable. Transcription, translation and rendering depend on other companies’ services, and an outage at one of them is an outage here.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using CreatorSail whenever you like and ask us to delete your data — see data and deletion. We may end an account that breaks these terms, or close the service entirely with reasonable notice and a chance to take your data with you.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the product rather than only changing the date at the top of this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
